Where can I find my order status and tracking information?
Your order confirmation page, which was emailed to you when you placed your order, will have the most recent shipping and tracking information available. Please refer to your order confirmation page before contacting Gumdrop Cases.
I ordered my case months ago. Where is it?
Please check your case's product page for more information on when your case will ship. If your case is still on pre-order it will not ship until the availability date specified on the product page.
If your case is shipping, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that delayed delivery may cause. We're working really hard to get your case to you! Sometimes design tweaks, customs regulations and other quirks of doing business overseas means we don't receive our shipments when we expect them. Trust us, we're working as quickly and thoroughly as we can to make our customers happy. We keep our product pages updated with the latest shipping information on each of our cases.
I ordered my case today. Why didn't it ship today?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed on these days by 1:00PM PST will be processed on the same day for shipment. Orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday will be processed the following business day. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. We do not guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
All orders are shipped using FedEx. Shipments are delivered on business days only; please do not include weekends when calculating how long it will take for your order to arrive.
Duties, Customs and Taxes; who pays?
Items being shipped outside the United States will be subject to customary import fees (including duties, VATs, tariffs, and brokerage fees) imposed by the country into which the product is being imported and the carrier (FedEx). Gumdrop Cases is not responsible for any customary import fees incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the United States. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible for paying these fees to the carrier at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses to pay these import fees, in most cases the shipment will be abandoned in the destination country and destroyed by Customs or the carrier. In this case, Gumdrop Cases will be unable to issue a refund to the customer's credit card or Pay Pal account for the purchase or shipping.
In the unusual circumstance that the package can be returned to Gumdrop Cases without cost, Gumdrop Cases will issue a refund for the price of the product to the customer's credit card or Pay Pal account upon receipt. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Law requires Gumdrop Cases to declare the full value (purchase price) and purpose (commercial) of products on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid, and cannot designate it as a gift or sample. Thank you for your understanding.

Will/can my order be delivered to my P.O. Box?
Unfortunately our carriers cannot deliver packages to a P.O. Box. Please provide a valid home or business address when placing your order.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
All orders are shipped no signature required and will be left on the doorstep if you are not available to receive the package in person. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
