Shipping and Returns

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, warehouse processing time, and does not include transit time. Gumdrop Cases will process your order once payment and/or authorization is paid in full.

Processing time is within 48 hours. 

Business days are Monday through Friday; excluding federal holidays (see closures below). Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following business day. All pre-orders placed (with either credit card or Pay Pal) will not be charged until the order ships. We do not guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.

Shipping and Processing Holidays:

Order processing and shipping will not take place on the following holidays listed below:
New Year's Day (January 1st)
President's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
The Friday after Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve (December 24th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
New Year's Eve (December 31st)

Order Status and Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online (once tracking is available). If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your order, please email support@gumdropcases.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Shipping Options 

Gumdrop Cases offers the following shipping options:

Domestic Options
USPS Priority: Products have an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days after shipment. $3.75 flat + $1.25 per item.
UPS 2-Day: Products have an estimated delivery of 4:30pm local time within 2 business days after shipment. $10 flat + $2 per item.
UPS Next Day Air: Products have an estimated delivery of 4:30pm local time next business days after shipment ((Order must be placed by 1PM PT). $22 flat + $7 per item.

International Options
UPS International - Canada: Products being shipped to Canada have an estimated delivery within 10 business days after shipment, depending on location. $20 flat + $2 per item. Duties not included.
UPS International: Products being shipped to countries outside of the US have an estimated delivery within 10 business days after shipment, depending on location. $25 flat + $10 per item. Duties not included.

**Delivery dates are Monday through Friday; we do not provide Saturday deliveries. We do not guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. Please keep in mind that these estimates are for time in transit only and that they do not apply until the product leaves Gumdrop Cases' warehouse. As the delivery of your order is beyond Gumdrop Cases' control once your order leaves our facilities, we cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

International Orders – Please Note

Items being shipped outside the United States will be subject to customary import fees (including duties, VATs, tariffs, and brokerage fees) imposed by the country into which the product is being imported and the carrier (FedEx). Gumdrop Cases is not responsible for any customary import fees incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the United States. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible for paying these fees to the carrier at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses to pay these import fees, in most cases the shipment will be abandoned in the destination country and destroyed by Customs or the carrier. In this case, Gumdrop Cases will be unable to issue a refund to the customer's credit card or Pay Pal account for the purchase or shipping.

In the unusual circumstance that the package can be returned to Gumdrop Cases without cost, Gumdrop Cases will issue a refund for the price of the product to the customer's credit card or Pay Pal account upon receipt. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Law requires Gumdrop Cases to declare the full value (purchase price) and purpose (commercial) of products on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid, and cannot designate it as a gift or sample. Thank you for your understanding.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

FedEx will make three attempts to deliver a package to our customers. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to our warehouse facility. If you think your delivery has been missed and your shipment has been returned to our warehouse please contact customer service at support@gumdropcases.com to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Refunds & Returns

If you purchased a product directly from the Gumdrop Cases website we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All returns must be shipped to Gumdrop Cases prepaid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by emailing support@gumdropcases.com.
