The End of School Year Savings Deal Registration Promo offers an additional 5% discount on approved Gumdrop deal registration opportunities within the 1,500 to 4,999 unit quantity tier. This promotional offer is valid for registrations submitted April 27 – June 30.

Eligibility
This promotion is open only to authorized reseller partners in good standing. To be eligible, the partner must submit the deal through the approved deal registration process before providing a quote or submitting an order. The partner must also demonstrate active involvement in developing the opportunity and provide complete end customer information as part of the registration.
This promotion applies only to Gumdrop deal registrations. Deal registrations for other Pioneer Square Brands (PSB) entities, including Brenthaven and VAULTProducts, are not eligible for this promotion.
Qualified Deals
To qualify for this promotion, a deal must meet all of the following requirements:
- It must be approved through the deal registration process.
- It must be registered between April 27, 2026 and June 30, 2026.
- It must represent a single end-customer opportunity totaling between 1,500 and 4,999 units.
- It must not be associated with public bids, RFPs, or tenders unless expressly approved in writing.
- It must not already be registered or awarded to another partner.
- If a qualifying opportunity has already been awarded to another partner, any subsequent registration for the same opportunity will not be eligible for the additional 5% promotional discount unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Where approved in writing by Gumdrop, a secondary partner may be eligible for an additional 2.5% discount.
Discount Application
Qualified and approved deals will receive an incremental 5% discount within the applicable quantity tier. This promotional discount cannot be combined with any other promotional, special, or discretionary discounts unless otherwise approved in writing by Gumdrop.
Approval and Validity
All deal registrations submitted under this promotion are subject to review and approval by Gumdrop. Approved deals will remain valid for the period stated in the approval notice, which is typically 90 days unless otherwise specified.
Non-Transferability
Approved deal registrations are non-transferable. Any discount granted under this promotion applies only to the approved partner and the named end customer identified in the registration.
Audit and Compliance
Gumdrop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, adjust, or revoke any discount associated with a deal registration. All submitted deals are subject to audit and verification. Any misrepresentation, incomplete information, or non-compliance with program requirements may result in disqualification, revocation of the discount, or suspension from the program.
Reservation of Rights
Gumdrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or to amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
