Gumdrop Cases’ One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Gumdrop Cases warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If Gumdrop Cases determines that the product is defective, we will repair, replace or substitute the product without additional product cost to the purchaser. Gumdrop Cases reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. Repair or replacement product delivery times may vary depending on availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product. The Gumdrop Cases Warranty covers only the Gumdrop case and does not cover the device inside.

If you bought the product from another site or store within the last 365 days AND the product is broken or defective we will offer a replacement. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Please email warranty@gumdropcaseshq.com and indicate where you purchased.
